Happy Anniversary!

Today is my parents' 45th wedding anniversary! Congratulations to you both! I admire and love them so much! Hope you enjoy your day!

Chocolate Brown

What a beautiful fall day today! We haven't had very many of those! I was so lucky to get to photograph this handsome little guy today! Isn't he adorable, and those chocolate brown eyes just melt my heart... oh and those oh so long eye lashes! WOW! Watch out ladies! He was such a good boy today too! Here are a few, I don't know how i will ever narrow them all down.

Some important dates...

I missed some very important dates in August, Sept. and Oct. One of which was our 15th wedding anniversary! Love you more than ever! And a couple of others were my beautiful sister's birthday in August, my sweet little niece in Sept. and my so grown up niece in October. Happy Birthday to all of you! Love you!

They keep growing...

and growing! Each fall I photograph my kids in the same place, so I can document how much they are changing! I was later this year than most but that seems to be my life lately! Here are a couple from the other day and one from our first session about 4 years ago...wow!

Our busy fall!

I am in serious trouble! I just keep getting further behind with this blog. It all started with going on vacation the week before school started and I just have not been able to catch up since. Our vacation was wonderful, visiting family and friends in North Dakota, Minnesota and South Dakota. They kept us very entertained. We boated, tubed, paddle boated, four wheeled, hot rodded, canoed, swam, golf carted, and the favorite with the littles...go carted! Thanks guys! Then school started and I will try to post pics of that big day as well! Not long after that the flu hit our little home and four out of five of us were sick for a week. I am happy to say that we are all well again! Football is over now for Jake, he did a great job! Emma is enjoying her dance class and Luke and Emma are both loving school! We also snuck in another vacation, which was also poor timing, but we had a fabulous time in souther Colorado for a week. We mostly tented, yes tented and did amazingly well. We ate amazing food, met great people and went on the most beautiful train ride! Now we are back to getting in to a routine and playing catch up!!! We are looking forward to Halloween! My goal is to try and keep up with this blog. Sorry for all of you who I have photographed in the past couple of months for not getting your sessions on the blog. Happy Fall!

Pure Beauty

The other evening I was lucky enough to photograph this beautiful young lady! I was friends with her mom in High School and now she has a Senior in High School herself. This family is so fun and we had a fantastic time! there were so many images I loved it was hard to narrow them down. But here are a few to peek at!

Just the Girls...

Ok, I know I have been neglecting this blog. Maybe it stems from going on vacation a week before school starts. Not a good idea. I think I am still doing laundry from our trip and yes, we are getting ready to leave again. Not to mention the starting of school, football, robotics, dance and other exciting adventures in the last two weeks... So anyway, my big boys are camping/hiking this weekend, so one of my best girlfriends invited me and the kids out to dinner. We decided to have a mini photo sessions with just the girls. We had a great time, got stickers in my feet, saw a snake, and ate wonderful food! Thanks guys for having us out to play! This is what we ended up with and I LOVE them!

My Second Family...

invited me to come to Denver to photograph them! I was honored to do it! They are so important to me and have supported me in all that I do. I am so grateful to have them and they are such great friends...thanks guys! Here are a few for you to enjoy, I will try to get more posted soon.

Happy Birthday Jake!

I can not believe it has been eleven years since I gave birth to our first child. He is such a wonderful, handsome young man. I am so, so proud of him and what he has become! I love you so much Jake, Happy Birthday!

A fun 4th of July!

We had a great weekend with friends in Cody for the 4th of July! We took in the parade, rodeo, fireworks and home through Yellowstone National Park! We had the best time and so I thought I would share a few photos from our trip!

The sweetest things...

the sweetest little girl and her new brother. I absolutely love this family! My favorite photograph is the one of the both of them, look at her hand by her little brother's face...that is the sweetest thing! Enjoy!

VIVA LAS VEGAS!

Wow, it has been a while since my last post! I have been very busy and will try to get caught up and show you some of what I have been up to! I did something way out of my comfort zone last Thursday when I agreed to go to Vegas with a friend. For those of you who know me, you are very shocked I am sure. ( I am sure I never would have gone if I had more time to think it over so now I know I need to make all my travel decisions the day I leave.) We left that night with only hours to prepare. Leaving my kids was the hardest thing I have ever done. It was awful and I don't that I will be leaving them again ever. But once we got there it was an amazing and very fun trip! It was so much fun being so spontaneous!!! We stayed at the Wynn Resort which was so beautiful! We had LOTS of pool time and a few dirty monkeys, great food, a little gambling, and also went to The Beatles, Love show (it was awesome). It was also the very best feeling coming home to such a happy group of youngsters so excited to see me, and a wonderful husband just as happy to have me home. Here are a few photos from the weekend.

A new addition!

We got to meet this cute little guy last night. He is so adorable...and perfect! This little family is so blessed! They really are some of the very nicest people we know, enjoy this little one!!!

Special Gift

This little lady was such a good girl! She is so pretty and looks just like her mom. We had a great time...soon I will get to photograph her siblings too! Can't wait!!!

Soon and very soon...

these two will have a beautiful baby, and I can't wait!!! These two are such wonderful, people with such big hearts...they are going to be the best parents. Oh this baby is so lucky! I got to photograph them twice, so you will notice how the tummy grew in the couple weeks ( the photo on the white background was first)! I can't believe though that she is due any day, and is so small!!! Enjoy!
